The Role
Day Concierge
4 days on 4 days off, 07:00 - 19:00
The Day Concierge will be the main point of contact for residents and guest arrivals at 100 George Street and the first port of call for estate assistance.
You will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and their guests at 100 George Street and it will be your duty to create memorable experiences. You will need to have a strong passion for delivering great service in a professional manner and be able to work well under pressure.
The Candidate:
- Deliver unparalleled level of service in an intuitive and bespoke manner and be an ambassador for 100 George Street.
- Motivate colleagues to strive for and achieve success for the company.
- Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with team members, onsite staff, residents, guests, and contractors, working collaboratively to achieve overall business outcomes.
- Take personal responsibility for understanding and following the company’s Health & Safety policies and practices, demonstrating personal engagement with safety, and proactively identifying risks and hazards and continuously improve safety performance.
- Work very closely with the Building Manager with the implementation of SOP manuals, policies, and procedures.
- Work closely with the Building Manager and Housekeeping daily, providing resilience and cover for each other.
- Develop strong relationships with residents.
- Perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure.
- Being alert and aware, with security of the building being a constant consideration, and alerting the team of any suspicious activity.
- Manage all calls from residents and answer all emails in a timely fashion.
- Manage all booking requests for communal facilities and manage the housekeeping teams to ensure rooms are prepped for use and cleaned afterwards.
- Organise any postal requirements on behalf of a resident.
- Build trustworthy, professional relationships with all residents and aim to exceed expectations when dealing with any lifestyle requests including transportation bookings, restaurant bookings, theatre bookings, chauffer service and dry cleaning requests.
- Reporting all incidents to the Building Manager in a timely professional manner. If during the weekend or the night, refer the incident to Rhodium’s out of hours email and line.
- Ensure reception area and common parts of 100 George Street remain pristine at all times.

Requirements:
- Previous experience within 5-star Hotel or super-prime residential, ideally for a minimum of 3 years.
- Must have good organisational skills, excellent communication skills and customer service skills, and good understanding of Health and Safety.
- Service driven, understand the importance of going the extra mile.
- Experience dealing with high-net-worth clients.
- Good knowledge of the central London area and surrounding local area.
- Strong list of contacts within the hospitality industry preferred.
- High standard of written and spoken English, additional language skills beneficial.
- Must be assertive, show initiative and have a very keen eye for detail.
- Efficient in multi-tasking in high pressure environments.
- Ability to communicate high end quality service and deliver bespoke service.
- Ability to build and develop positive working relationships.
- An interest in UHNW resident lifestyles.
- Enthusiastic and motivated to help internal and external partners.
- Wear correct uniform at all times and maintain impeccable standards of appearance, personal hygiene, behaviour and discipline.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
