ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will be the welcoming face of the development, delivering front-of-house excellence and seamless day-to-day support for residents, guests and contractors. You’ll manage enquiries, oversee building access and amenities, complete regular checks and logs, and work closely with the wider team to keep everything running smoothly and safely.

- Every resident and guest feels warmly welcomed, listened to and helped at the first point of contact.
- The lobby and common areas are immaculate, with issues spotted and resolved before they become complaints.
- Records, logs and handovers are accurate, timely and comprehensive.
- Parcels, keys and bookings are handled securely and efficiently with zero errors.
- Incidents are managed calmly and professionally, with clear communication and swift follow-up.
- Strong collaboration with colleagues, contractors and management ensures a consistent, high-quality service.

How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time
- Greeting residents and guests, answering enquiries and resolving requests in person, by phone and via email.
- Managing parcel and key control, amenity bookings and visitor access with careful attention to security.
- Conducting regular building walks, documenting checks and reporting maintenance or health and safety issues.
- Coordinating contractor attendance and ensuring works are completed with minimal disruption.
- Maintaining a polished front-of-house environment, from presentation standards to noticeboard updates.
- Completing daily logs, incident reports and thorough shift handovers.

Experience That Helps
- Previous concierge or front-of-house experience in residential, hotel or luxury retail settings.
- A background in customer service or security where service and safety go hand-in-hand.
- Familiarity with building management systems, access control and incident reporting.
- Experience coordinating contractors, deliveries and amenity bookings.
- Local knowledge of the Paddington area and transport links to assist residents and guests.
