DEVELOPMENT DETAILS
You’ll be the welcoming face of a landmark North London neighbourhood, part of one of Europe’s largest regeneration projects delivering over 5,500 homes across 64 acres. The community blends modern living with green space beside a nature reserve, and residents enjoy a 24-hour concierge, onsite gym, pool, spa and a relaxed business lounge. With schools, shops and cafés on the doorstep and Manor House Underground a three-minute walk away, you’ll work in a vibrant, fast-paced setting that’s busy by day and beautifully landscaped throughout.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will provide an outstanding front-of-house service, greeting residents and visitors, handling enquiries, and solving day-to-day issues with care and efficiency. You’ll coordinate deliveries and contractors, maintain polished communal areas, and keep clear records using our systems. Working closely with the night team and on-site partners, you’ll ensure a seamless, safe and friendly environment every day.
What Success Looks Like
- Residents feel known by name, listened to and helped at the first point of contact.
- The lobby and amenity spaces are pristine, welcoming and run to clear standards.
- Enquiries, incidents and maintenance issues are logged accurately and resolved promptly.
- Contractors and deliveries are coordinated with minimum disruption.
- Strong relationships with security, housekeeping and building management keep the site running smoothly.
- Clear, professional communication keeps residents informed and reassured.

How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time
- Greeting residents and visitors, answering questions and handling access requests.
- Managing parcels and deliveries, maintaining accurate logs and safe storage.
- Monitoring CCTV and site systems, escalating safety or maintenance issues promptly.
- Coordinating amenity bookings and supporting smooth use of the gym, pool, spa and lounge.
- Liaising with contractors and housekeeping to maintain high standards throughout.
- Keeping daily reports, handovers and incident records up to date and accurate.

Experience That Helps
- Front-of-house experience in residential, hotel, airline or luxury retail environments.
- Familiarity with parcel management systems, booking platforms or concierge software.
- Exposure to building operations, H&S awareness or CCTV monitoring.
- Working with contractors, security or housekeeping teams on a busy site.
- Handling confidential information and sensitive resident situations with discretion.
