DEVELOPMENT DETAILS
You’ll be the welcoming face of a vibrant residential community of 328 contemporary apartments in the heart of Kingston-upon-Thames, just a short walk from the town centre and station. The development blends modern city living with green spaces, offering residents a private gym, cinema room, meeting room, and access to a new linear park and central garden square. You’ll work within a busy, high-spec environment where service standards are high, residents are engaged, and every day brings variety—from morning gym-goers and commuters to evening cinema screenings and deliveries.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will deliver a polished, personable front-of-house service, ensuring residents, visitors, and contractors feel informed, safe, and well looked after. Most days you’ll manage the concierge desk, handle enquiries, oversee building access and deliveries, keep communal areas presentable, and support the smooth running of amenities and bookings.
What Success Looks Like
- Residents consistently comment on your friendly, proactive service and quick follow-up.
- The front desk runs smoothly, with clear records, tidy presentation, and timely responses.
- Access control, keys, and deliveries are handled accurately with zero loss or confusion.
- Communal spaces and amenities are welcoming, safe, and ready for use at all times.
- Contractors are signed in, briefed, and monitored in line with site procedures.
- Issues are spotted early, logged precisely, and escalated appropriately to the management team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
