DEVELOPMENT DETAILS

You’ll be the welcoming face of a landmark community of around 1,500 luxury homes set within 86 acres of award-winning parkland in Kidbrooke, South East London. With landscaped gardens, water features and vibrant public spaces, this is a calm, green setting with the buzz of the city close by. Kidbrooke station is under a ten-minute walk, giving residents easy connections into Central London and Canary Wharf—your concierge desk will be the hub that helps it all run smoothly.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

You will deliver a polished, personable front-of-house service for residents and visitors, ensuring every interaction is helpful, informed and efficient. You’ll oversee the lobby and amenities, manage parcels and access, and liaise with contractors and the on-site management team to keep the development safe, tidy and welcoming.

What Success Looks Like

  • Every resident is greeted promptly, professionally and by name wherever possible.
  • The lobby and front-of-house areas are immaculate, calm and well-organised throughout your shift.
  • Parcels, keys and access are managed accurately with robust logging and zero losses.
  • Issues are spotted early and resolved quickly, with clear updates to residents and managers.
  • Security and safety procedures are followed diligently, with excellent incident reporting.
  • Handovers are crisp and comprehensive so colleagues are always set up for success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
