Core focus of the role

As Day Concierge, you will be one of the first points of contact for residents, visitors and contractors and will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the development.

Day-to-day of the role

• Providing a welcoming, professional and discreet service to residents and guests
• Managing the front desk and responding to resident enquiries and requests
• Greeting and managing visitors and contractors
• Managing parcels, post and deliveries
• Monitoring access to the development and supporting site security
• Conducting regular checks of communal areas and reporting any maintenance or cleaning issues
• Liaising with cleaning, maintenance, security and other on-site contractors
• Maintaining accurate visitor, contractor and incident records
• Supporting the wider property and estate management team
• Ensuring reception and communal areas are maintained to the standards expected of a luxury residential development
• Handling resident concerns professionally and escalating issues where required
