DEVELOPMENT DETAILS

Set within a landmark St James neighbourhood in West London, this expansive development is bringing up to 1,465 new homes to life alongside 39,000 sq ft of exceptional residents’ amenities. You’ll be the face of a community that enjoys lounges, cinemas, pools and a Health Club complete with virtual golf, creating a vibrant, hotel-style atmosphere every day. With White City and Wood Lane Underground stations right at the entrance, the environment is lively and well-connected, welcoming residents, guests and service providers from morning to night.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

You will deliver a polished front-of-house service, welcoming residents and guests, managing enquiries, coordinating deliveries and contractors, and ensuring the development looks and feels immaculate. You will act as the first point of contact for daily operations, reporting issues promptly, maintaining safety awareness, and helping residents make the most of the on-site facilities.

What Success Looks Like

  • Residents and visitors feel welcomed, informed and supported from first greeting to farewell.
  • The reception and communal areas are consistently pristine and presentable.
  • Enquiries, deliveries and bookings are handled efficiently with accurate records kept.
  • Incidents and building issues are identified early, escalated appropriately and followed through.
  • Strong relationships are built with residents, contractors and the on-site team.
  • Service standards and site procedures are followed precisely, with a proactive eye for improvement.

How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time

  • Hosting the front desk: greeting residents and guests, answering queries and managing access.
  • Coordinating deliveries, post and key management with meticulous record-keeping.
  • Monitoring CCTV and patrols as required, and maintaining a secure, safe environment.
  • Scheduling and liaising with contractors, ensuring permits and procedures are in place.
  • Supporting bookings and smooth use of amenities such as lounges, cinemas and the Health Club.
  • Reporting maintenance issues, logging incidents and ensuring swift communication to the management team.

Experience That Helps

  • Front-of-house or concierge experience in residential, hospitality or customer-facing settings.
  • Familiarity with access control, CCTV monitoring and incident reporting.
  • Experience coordinating contractors, permits and health and safety routines.
  • Confidence using property or visitor management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Background in luxury service environments with high resident or guest expectations.
