The Role
Day Concierge
4 days on 4 days off, 07:00 - 19:00
The Day Concierge will focus on the day-to-day residents and guests of Triptych Residential delivering duties to an exceptional standard. They will excel in concierge services, amenity operations, security, and housekeeping to ensure integration is seamless and a consistent vision is delivered. They will direct, coordinate, and plan essential central services such as guest arrivals, deliveries, post, amenity bookings, cleaning, waste disposal, and recycling. They will focus on building resident loyalty through proactive communications, setting, and managing expectations and delivering results.
Working daily alongside the Front of House Manager and Duty Managers they will greet residents and their guests upon arrival, manage all calls and emails to the concierge desk, manage all residential deliveries. They will assist with ad-hoc resident requests such as transportation bookings, restaurant bookings, theatre bookings, and dry-cleaning requests. They will refer any significant lifestyle requests to the Front of House Manager and Duty Managers to assist. The Concierge will also be required to assist the Duty Manager with monitoring of the residents’ app and ensure all queries and amenity bookings are processed in a prompt manner.
In addition, regular patrols will have to be undertaken to promote Health & Safety compliance, cleanliness, and ensure the scheme is presented to the highest standard.

Duties
- Motivate colleagues to strive for and achieve success for the company
- Take personal responsibility for understanding the company’s Health and safety policies and practices, demonstrating personal engagement with safety and proactively identifying risks and hazards and continuously improving safety performance
- Working closely with the Duty Manager daily providing resilience and cover for each other.
- Develop strong relationships with Residents and Visitors and delivering a seamless service.
- To multi-task without a loss in efficiency or composure
- To assist with implementation of SOP manuals, policies, and procedures
- To maintain the security of the building by being alert to any suspicious activity
- To communicate to your colleagues and residents in an efficient and accurate manner
- To carry out regular building patrols reporting issues to company standard
- To efficiently book amenities as requests are received
- To meet and greet all visitors and residents
- To maintain the secure keeping of resident and estate keys
- To monitor CCTV and access control
- To be an ambassador for the development.
Requirements
- Previous hospitality experience as a Concierge within London super-prime, residential schemes, or 4/5-star hotels
- To be well presented
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High standard of written and spoken English, additional language skills beneficial
- Ability to work independently as well as part of the team
- Service driven, understand the importance of going the ‘extra mile’ and having a can-do attitude.
- Good knowledge of Central London and surrounding local area
- Must be assertive and have a good level of attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Health and safety
- To have a good level of IT skills, Microsoft office, Access control, Residents APP, and CCTV
