Set alongside the Grand Union Canal within Paddington Basin, this Berkeley Homes development brings 271 contemporary apartments together with a concierge service and leafy canalside communal spaces. Your front-of-house will be at the heart of a vibrant setting with cafés and restaurants at ground level and a steady flow of residents, guests and contractors. With Paddington station a short walk away for Elizabeth line, Underground and National Rail links, it’s a lively, well-connected environment where service, safety and community feel come first.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will be the welcoming face of the development, providing attentive front-of-house service, handling resident enquiries and coordinating building access. Each day you’ll keep communal areas presentable, monitor security systems, manage parcels and liaise with contractors to keep everything running smoothly.

- Every resident and visitor is greeted promptly, professionally and by name where possible.
- The lobby and communal areas are immaculate throughout your shift, with issues resolved before they’re noticed.
- Security is tight yet friendly, with vigilant CCTV monitoring, controlled access and accurate logs.
- Enquiries are handled first time where possible, with clear updates and timely follow-through.
- Deliveries, bookings and keys are tracked flawlessly, reducing losses and delays.
- Communication with managing agents, contractors and residents is proactive, concise and solution-focused.

How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time
- Hosting the front desk: welcoming residents and guests, answering calls and managing enquiries.
- Overseeing building access, key control, CCTV and incident reporting.
- Coordinating parcel, post and dry-cleaning deliveries and collections.
- Conducting regular walkthroughs to maintain presentation and identify maintenance needs.
- Liaising with contractors and the on-site/remote management team to schedule and supervise works.
- Maintaining accurate logs, handovers and compliance checklists.

- You are comfortable using building management systems, emails and digital logs.
Experience That Helps
- Front-of-house or concierge experience in residential, hotel or corporate settings.
- Working knowledge of access control, CCTV and incident reporting.
- Experience managing deliveries, bookings and contractor visits.
- Familiarity with customer service ticketing or logging systems.
- Understanding of health and safety basics in a public-facing environment.
