DEVELOPMENT DETAILS

Step into a landmark luxury residence in the heart of the West End, where panoramic city views meet five-star amenities. You’ll be part of a polished front-of-house team supporting residents who enjoy a 24-hour concierge, pool, spa, gym, sauna, cinema and a private lounge. With Soho and Covent Garden moments away and immediate access to Tottenham Court Road station, the environment is fast-paced, cosmopolitan and service-led—ideal for someone who thrives in a high-profile, hospitality-style setting.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

You will be the welcoming face of the development each day, setting the tone with impeccable service, smart appearance and calm professionalism. You’ll manage the lobby, assist residents and guests, coordinate deliveries and contractors, and keep a close eye on safety, access and standards throughout your shift.

What Success Looks Like

  • Residents and guests feel warmly welcomed, recognised and supported from the moment they arrive.
  • The lobby and entrances are immaculate, orderly and always guest-ready throughout the day.
  • Deliveries, keys and access are controlled with flawless record-keeping and zero missed items.
  • Issues are spotted early and resolved quickly, with clear, timely communication to residents and the management team.
  • Building procedures are followed precisely, including security checks and incident reporting.
  • Positive feedback is consistently received from residents, visitors and colleagues.

How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time

  • Greeting residents and guests, managing arrivals and departures, and offering local knowledge and directions.
  • Handling parcels, keys and post, maintaining accurate logs and ensuring secure storage and handover.
  • Monitoring access control and CCTV, conducting regular patrols and safety checks, and reporting any concerns.
  • Coordinating contractors and visitor access in line with site procedures and permits.
  • Keeping the lobby and front-of-house areas pristine, adjusting presentation throughout the day.
  • Supporting concierge services, amenity bookings and communications with the on-site management team.

Experience That Helps

  • Front-of-house experience in luxury residential, hotel or corporate environments.
  • Familiarity with access control, CCTV or building safety procedures.
  • Experience managing deliveries, keys and contractor access.
  • Confidence using concierge or property management systems and email for clear communication.
