Mater Private Network is seeking an organised, empathetic, and tech-savvy Day Hospital Administrator to join our team across both locations Northern Cross & Cherrywood. 37 hours per week on a Permanent full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Support: Manage busy reception/registration areas, handle daily phone and email queries, and schedule appointments.
  • Clinic Admin: Scan reports, process test results, manage correspondence, and maintain accurate Electronic Patient Records.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with clinical staff regarding patient queries and ensure smooth daily clinic operations (including opening/closing duties as key holder).

What You Bring

  • Experience: Background in a fast-paced, customer-focused administrative role.
  • Tech Skills: Highly proficient in MS Office and confident learning new electronic systems and software.
  • Communication: Exceptional phone manner, fluent written/oral English, and a strong patient-first mindset.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, highly organized, and efficient at multitasking under pressure.
  • Desirable: Experience with electronic patient records (EPR) or handling confidential health data
