Job Opportunity: Daytime Cleaners
Tidy Green Clean is looking for reliable and hardworking Daytime Cleaners to join our team, with multiple positions available across the Westhill and Kingswells areas.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across client sites, helping to create clean, safe, and welcoming environments. We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, have good attention to detail, and can work professionally both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Carry out cleaning duties across offices, communal areas, washrooms, and other designated spaces.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and clean surfaces to a consistently high standard.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste and recycling appropriately.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any issues or shortages.
- Follow Tidy Green Clean’s cleaning procedures, health and safety requirements, and client standards.
- Communicate professionally with colleagues, clients, and site contacts.
- Take pride in delivering a consistently high standard of service.

Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential – full training will be provided.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Good attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Friendly and professional approach when dealing with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to follow instructions and work to agreed cleaning standards.
- A valid driving licence and access to a car is required as there is no transport provided.

Working Schedule
- Monday – Friday, various hours available depending on the site.
Pay Rate: £12.71 – £13.45 per hour
Location: Westhill & Kingswells, Aberdeen
