About The Role
Young Artists is a London-based management company that creates environments which nurture artists and builds them long term careers.
We are looking for an experienced artist or project manager to handle the day to day management of a critically acclaimed and commercially successful pop artist living in London. You will be based at Young Space, our offices in East London, but will also spend a significant amount of time working remotely and traveling with the artist. You will report to the Primary Manager who is based in Los Angeles, so your working hours will be flexible.
In addition to the Primary Manager, you will also benefit from the support of the Senior Management team at Young Artists as well as the wider team of A&R and management staff.
You will run communications between the artist, their primary manager and their wider teams including label, live agent, publishing company, merch partner, lawyer, and accountant. You will be comfortable representing the artist in meetings with partners whilst also providing a world class administrative foundation.
Alongside the Primary Manager, you will be the first point of contact for the artist with ready access to all artist related assets as well as being able to secure answers to time sensitive requests.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
