About Us
Loving Alliance is a London-based artist management and record label group built for electronic and dance music talent. Our roster includes BRIT, Grammy, and Ivor Novello nominated dance music artist and producer, Jax Jones; Grammy Award-winning producer Riton; BRIT nominated electronic producer D.O.D; and DJ/producer Hannah Laing, the first female DJ with a residency at Hi Ibiza and is the UK’s best-selling hard ticket DJ in UK dance music so far in 2026!
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Management Assistant to support Dan Stacey and Senior Artist Manager, Josh Neal.
This is an opportunity for a highly ambitious and proactive person who wants to build a career in the music industry and, in particular, artist management. You'll work closely with Dan and Josh across their day-to-day management activities, helping them stay organised and supporting the coordination of artist projects, releases, live activity and other opportunities.
You'll get first-hand exposure to how artists' careers are managed and work with people across the wider music industry, including record labels, agents, publishers, promoters and other members of artists' teams.
We're looking for someone bright, organised, enthusiastic and dependable who wants to learn.

The Role
Supporting Dan and Josh with their day-to-day management activities including (but not limited to):
- Managing diaries, meeting and calls
- Tracking deadlines, actions and important follow-ups
- Coordinating schedules for studio sessions, rehearsals, shoots and promo
- Taking notes in meetings and helping ensure actions are completed
- Helping maintain artist schedules and project calendars
- Assisting with travel arrangements, itineraries and artist logistics
- Coordinating meetings, studio sessions, rehearsals, shoots and promotional commitments
- Helping gather and organise music, artwork, marketing assets and other materials
- Liaising with labels, agents, publishers and other partners to obtain information and coordinate activity
- Helping organise documents, contracts, offers and other artist information
- Organising assets, contracts and documents; liaising with labels, agents and publishers
- Handling invoices, expenses and admin support
- Carrying out research for artist projects and new opportunities
- Providing general support to the management team as required

About You
You don't need prior experience specific to management or the music industry. More important to us is that you are:
- Extremely organised and good at keeping track of detail
- Proactive and willing to get stuck in
- Reliable and someone who follows things through
- Clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment where priorities can change quickly
- Curious and keen to learn
- Discreet and confident with email, calendars, documents and spreadsheets
- Passionate about music and interested in understanding the business behind it
Some previous experience in music, entertainment, events or another creative environment would be useful, but is not essential.
The Opportunity
This role is designed for someone who wants to develop a career in artist management.
You'll work directly alongside experienced managers, attend meetings, see how artist campaigns and deals come together and learn about the creative and commercial decisions involved in building artists' careers.
For someone who demonstrates initiative, good judgement and a strong work ethic, there is the opportunity to grow within Loving Alliance and take on increasing artist-management responsibility.
