I'm looking for an experienced Senior Dayforce System Analyst to lead the administration, optimisation, and improvement of my clients' Dayforce HCM platform.

As a Dayforce Analyst, you'll work closely with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT teams to deliver system enhancements, support acquisitions and integrations, improve reporting and analytics, and ensure the People Systems remain secure, compliant, and aligned to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support acquisitions and business integrations, including organisational setup, data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
  • Provide expert support for payroll-related system configuration and issue resolution.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support decision-making.
  • Manage security roles, access controls, compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Support system integrations, APIs, and third-party interfaces.
  • Act as the escalation point for Dayforce-related issues and stakeholder support.
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and process optimisation across People Systems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
