Role: Dayforce Consultant
Location: UK/Remote
Length: 12 Months
LSI are currently looking for an experienced Dayforce Configurator to support a major HR technology programme for an international organisation.
This is a hands-on configuration role, working closely with HR, Payroll and business stakeholders to optimise and enhance the existing Dayforce platform.
The Role
- Configure and maintain Dayforce modules in line with business requirements
- Translate HR and payroll requirements into effective Dayforce solutions
- Configure workflows, business rules, security roles, and system settings
- Support system enhancements, testing, and deployment activities
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide recommendations for improvement
- Work closely with functional, technical, and business teams throughout delivery
- Produce clear configuration and solution documentation

Experience Required

- Strong hands-on Dayforce configuration experience
- Good understanding of Dayforce functionality and configuration capabilities
- Experience across areas such as Payroll, Workforce Management, Time & Attendance, HR, or Benefits
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into system configuration
- Confident working independently within complex enterprise environments
- Previous experience working on Dayforce implementation, optimisation, or transformation programmes
