ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Dayforce HRIS Lead to take ownership of the day-to-day operation, technical delivery and continued development of our global HR technology platform. Dayforce sits at the heart of our People & Culture systems landscape. You will ensure the platform remains stable, secure, well governed and responsive to the needs of our global business.
A key priority will be supporting the next phase of our Dayforce programme, covering Payroll, Workforce Management and Benefits across regional implementation waves. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining programme delivery, stakeholder management and detailed Dayforce configuration. Working across People & Culture, Payroll, Finance and Technology, you will help us build a scalable and sustainable HRIS service that supports our people and brands around the world.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead the delivery of Dayforce Payroll, Workforce Management and Benefits across regional implementation waves, from requirements and solution design through testing, cutover and stabilisation.
- Own the day-to-day operation of Dayforce, including support requests, incidents, configuration changes, system monitoring and issue resolution.
- Configure and maintain workflows, forms, approval routes, security roles, permissions, business rules, organisational structures and core system settings.
- Oversee payroll parallel runs, reconciliation, Workforce Management scenarios, Benefits testing, user acceptance testing and regression testing.
- Manage Dayforce releases and patches, including impact assessments, stakeholder communication, testing and post-release validation.
- Diagnose complex configuration, workflow, data, reporting and integration issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Manage Dayforce and implementation partners, constructively challenging solution quality, delivery plans, estimates, risks and dependencies.
- Build effective working relationships across global and regional teams, translating technical issues into clear business decisions.
ABOUT YOU
Essential
- Significant hands-on Dayforce experience across configuration, workflows, forms, security, system administration and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience delivering at least one end-to-end Dayforce implementation or major module rollout.
- Strong practical experience across Dayforce Payroll and Workforce Management, including time, attendance, scheduling, pay rules and approvals.
- Experience implementing or configuring Benefits, including eligibility, enrolment, deductions and provider interfaces.
- Experience owning and supporting a live Dayforce environment, including incidents, change control, releases and continuous improvement.
- Practical experience of payroll parallel runs, reconciliation, statutory requirements, general ledger outputs, cutover and post-go-live stabilisation.
- Strong vendor and implementation-partner management skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and maintain ownership of key decisions.
- The ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and balance business, operational and technical priorities.

Desirable
- Dayforce product training or certification across Core HR, Payroll, Workforce Management or Benefits.
- Experience working within a complex, multi-brand or geographically distributed organisation.
- Experience partnering with Finance and Technology teams on payroll accounting, identity management, data platforms or enterprise integrations.
- Experience developing HRIS service measures, platform roadmaps or business cases for HR technology investment.
- Flexibility to work with global stakeholders and undertake occasional international travel during implementation, testing or go-live activity.
