About Us

We are a trusted Dayforce implementation partner, helping organizations transform the way they manage their people. Our work spans the full HCM feature set, including HR, Workforce Management, Talent and Payroll, combining deep consulting expertise with innovative technology. By partnering closely with our clients, we help them streamline operations, improve employee experiences, and unlock the full value of their Dayforce investment.

Have you led client-facing workshops where you translated complex WFM requirements into a Dayforce solution and advised the client when their requested process needed to change?

We're now looking for an exceptional Project Manager to join our team.

Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of Dayforce projects from initiation through to post-implementation support. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure that project scope, timelines, and budgets are met - all while guiding clients through the transition to improved ways of working. Your ability to combine strong project management discipline with an understanding of HRIS / WFM processes will be key to delivering measurable outcomes for our clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
