Silver Cloud is growing its North American Dayforce practice, and we’re looking to connect with experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers who are passionate about delivering successful HR technology transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in client-facing Dayforce implementation, optimisation and transformation projects. You’ll bring structure, clarity and momentum to complex engagements, helping clients make confident decisions and successfully move from project initiation through testing, go-live and post-launch stabilisation. We’re open to candidates operating at either Project Manager or Senior Project Manager level. Your level will be aligned to your experience, the complexity and scale of the projects you have led, your commercial and governance responsibilities, and the extent of your client and team leadership.

  • Location: United States (Remote)
  • Type: Full Time / Contract (depending on project requirements)
  • Reporting to: Dayforce Practice Leadership Team
  • Works closely with: Solution Architects, Transformation Leads, Functional and Technical Consultants, Commercial colleagues, client project teams, senior client stakeholders, Dayforce and third-party partners

Role Overview

As a Dayforce Project Manager or Senior Project Manager at Silver Cloud, you’ll be responsible for the successful day-to-day leadership and delivery of client projects across the North American market.

You’ll work closely with clients and distributed delivery teams to establish clear plans, governance and accountabilities; manage milestones, dependencies, risks and decisions; and keep delivery aligned to the agreed scope, timeline, budget and intended business outcomes.

This role goes beyond project administration. You’ll act as a consultative delivery partner who can build trusted client relationships, challenge constructively, support confident decision-making and maintain momentum throughout the project lifecycle.

Depending on your experience and level, you may manage multiple concurrent implementations, lead larger or more complex multi-workstream projects, support project recovery, mentor other project professionals or contribute to the continued development of Silver Cloud’s North American delivery model.

Essential

  • Strong experience managing HRIS, HCM, Payroll, Workforce Management, SaaS or comparable enterprise technology implementations.
  • Experience leading client-facing projects through the full implementation lifecycle.
  • Demonstrable ownership of successful delivery to agreed scope, timeline, budget and quality expectations.
  • Experience creating and managing project plans, milestones, dependencies, resources and critical paths.
  • Strong project-governance capability, including RAID management, status reporting, escalation and change control.
  • Experience working within Statements of Work and managing delivery against contractual and commercial commitments.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills, with confidence engaging senior client leaders and cross-functional project teams.
  • Experience coordinating distributed, remote and matrix delivery teams.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify risks early, make sound decisions and maintain momentum in complex delivery environments.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how project decisions affect cost, resource utilisation and client outcomes.
  • Ability to travel to client locations when project requirements call for it.

Desirable

  • Direct experience leading Dayforce implementation, optimisation, transformation projects.
  • Experience across Dayforce or comparable HCM areas such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Management, Talent, Reporting, Data or Integrations.
  • Experience working with North American clients or delivering projects involving US HR, Payroll or Workforce Management requirements.
  • Familiarity with the Dayforce Activate methodology or other structured SaaS implementation methodologies.
  • Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing, parallel payroll testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
  • Experience managing multiple projects or complex multi-workstream implementations.
  • Project-management qualification such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working within a consultancy, systems integrator, software vendor or professional-services environment.
  • Experience mentoring Project Managers or contributing to PMO and delivery-methodology development.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
