Dayforce Solution Owner
Location: Midlands or Southern England – hybrid working
Salary: £90-115K + Bonus
We are supporting a leading global professional services organisation looking to appoint a senior Dayforce specialist within its rapidly growing Payroll & Workforce Management practice.
This is a broad solution leadership role sitting between technology, consulting and client delivery. You’ll act as the senior Dayforce SME across complex transformation programmes, shaping the overall solution and guiding both clients and internal project teams.
You’ll oversee the full solution lifecycle - from requirements gathering and gap analysis through to solution design, configuration, integrations, deployment and post-implementation support.
What we are looking for:
- Deep Dayforce experience across multiple modules
- A track record of leading complex Dayforce implementations
- Experience in roles such as Solution Owner, Solution Architect, Project Manager, Business Analyst or Solution Oversight Lead
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to translate technical detail into clear strategic guidance
- Experience leading multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams
- Consulting or professional services experience would be advantageous
