If you're a DB pensions professional who has moved into project, product or transformation, this could be a very interesting next step.
I'm working on a newly created role with a business that is building something quite interesting within the DB pensions market and more importantly, this isn't a role where you'll be handed a project plan and asked to keep everyone on track. You'll have the opportunity to shape how a new proposition is built, implemented and brought to market.
The immediate focus is on taking a new DB proposition through authorisation and implementation, working closely with internal pensions specialists, actuaries, technology teams and senior stakeholders, while also managing a key third-party technology provider.
So, we're looking for someone who can sit comfortably between DB pensions, technology, product and project delivery.

I'm particularly interested in speaking with people from DB pensions administration, EBCs/consultancies, insurers, pension platforms or other pensions technology businesses.

You might be a Project Manager, Product Manager, Implementation Manager, Transformation Manager or even a technical/Project Actuary.
What matters most is that you have genuine DB pensions knowledge alongside strong delivery skills.
Experience of buy-in/buyout transactions, pension platform implementations or managing third-party technology providers would be particularly attractive.
You don't need to have done everything before. In fact, if you're someone who has spent several years building your DB knowledge and has subsequently moved into project/product delivery, this could be exactly the sort of opportunity worth exploring.
