Job Description We’re looking for a DC Member Proposition Associate to join our Distribution team within Asset Management. In this role, you’ll help showcase our member engagement capability to clients, consultants and external stakeholders, supporting our ambition to grow our Defined Contribution (DC) Pensions business. If you enjoy working collaboratively, shaping client‑facing content and staying close to developments in the DC Pension landscape, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution in a supportive and inclusive environment. What you’ll be doing: Attending external intermediary meetings and supporting new business pitches by demonstrating our DC member engagement capability Attending new business implementation meetings and interpreting requirements accurately to support delivery Contributing to member engagement content for RFPs and consultant surveys to help secure new business wins Attending meetings with existing clients and supporting smaller retention pitches to strengthen relationships Representing the DC Member Proposition team across internal forums and project groups, collaborating effectively with colleagues across Product, Investment, Distribution, Change, Operations, Legal, Compliance and more Maintaining strong industry knowledge and staying informed on developments affecting DC member proposition across the market Keeping the DC leadership team updated on meaningful competitor activity and market shifts Supporting overall team objectives by contributing to a collaborative, proactive and commercially aware working environment Who we’re looking for: A working knowledge of DC pension products, marketplace dynamics and competitor propositions Experience overseeing new client implementations and confidence engaging with external partners and stakeholders Excellent pension knowledge (bundled and unbundled) and a clear understanding of client and member needs in the DC space Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across a wide range of internal teams Excellent presentation skills, capable of articulating ideas and concepts clearly to senior audiences Good analytical judgement and the ability to assess information and make sound decisions A customer‑focused mindset with the drive to deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑moving environment Professional qualifications related to pensions or communications (e.g., PMI) desirable but not essential Qualifications Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
