DC Operations Manager
A highly regarded organisation within the pensions sector is seeking a DC Operations Manager to join its Operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Defined Contribution pensions professional to take ownership of DC operational delivery, lead a small team, and help shape the future direction of administration services. The position combines people leadership, supplier management, operational oversight, and strategic involvement, offering significant scope to make an impact.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a small DC Operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with outsourced administration providers to ensure excellent service delivery and member outcomes.
- Act as a key escalation point for complex casework, complaints, and operational issues.
- Monitor service standards, controls, and compliance requirements.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the DC function.
- Participate in business projects, change initiatives, and system testing activities.
- Produce and analyse management information to support decision-making.

Essential Criteria:
- Strong Defined Contribution pensions administration experience.
- A strong understanding of pensions legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills.
- Strong organisational and leadership capabilities.
- Experience in either mentoring, guiding or managing team members with a desire to move into management.

This role would be hybrid, 2 days per week, in their London office.
