Are you looking to build your career in defined contribution investment? Would you like to support the development and delivery of Aon’s market-leading DC solutions?
This is a hybrid role offering flexibility to work virtually and from an Aon UK office. You will join Aon’s DC Solutions team and provide investment and delivery support across reporting, proposition development, governance, client management and new business activity.

What The Day Will Look Like
You will support the day-to-day delivery and continued development of Aon’s DC Solutions. Your work will be varied and will include:
- Producing quarterly investment reporting for the Aon MasterTrust and delegated clients.
- Responding to member and client queries with clear, accurate and timely information.
- Supporting the onboarding and investment transition analysis of new clients.
- Responding to requests from third-party evaluators and external consultants.
- Supporting the development of Aon’s suite of DC investment funds, including new fund launches and sustainable investment solutions.
- Preparing investment content and materials for tender responses, new business opportunities and meetings.

How This Opportunity Is Different
DC Solutions is a growing and competitive area of the market, and this role will contribute directly to the delivery and development of Aon’s existing and new solutions. Working as part of a growing team, you will build a strong understanding of Aon’s DC Solutions, their underlying investments and how they operate.
You will stay current with investment and DC market developments, contribute to the evolution of Aon’s DC Solutions and develop client relationship and service delivery skills. You will also establish strong working relationships with our platform provider, external consultancies, third-party evaluators and colleagues across Aon. Involvement in new business tenders will provide scope to take on greater responsibility as your experience develops.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong workflow management and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand and respond appropriately to member and client queries.
- Existing knowledge of DC schemes and investment strategies, or a strong appetite to develop this knowledge.
- The ability to work independently, collaborate effectively as part of a wider team and learn quickly.
- Commitment to meeting the relevant Senior Managers and Certification Regime requirements.
