FLT / PPT Operator for the Loading Operation in Despatch
NDC Despatch Loader
Location: Telford Head Office
Dept/Division: Logistics - NDC
Salary: £26,337.50 + shift allowance
Hours: Monday - Friday (Rotating Shifts)
Contract: Permanent

Role Summary:
To fetch and load pallets onto trailers destined for RDC’s
Key responsibilities & accountabilities as an NDC Despatch Loader will include:
- Maintenance of standards and procedures.
- Care and control of equipment.
- Achievement of daily targets.
- To comply with all Company health and safety guidelines and procedures.
- Responsibility for ‘housekeeping’ within the area of responsibility.
- To ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
- To observe Company Policies, Procedures and Standards
- Must be willing to undertake training in any NDC activity.
- Must be willing to work a reasonable amount of overtime when requested.

About You:
Personality/communication:
- Demonstrate the Lyreco values at all times.
- Team orientated.
- Understanding of all SAP screens relevant to the function.
- Ability to communicate well.
Role specific:
- Must be physically fit and capable of working at pace
- Ability to carry out checks to ensure goods on pallets match pallet label
- Ability to carry out checks to ensure pallets are loaded on correct trailer
- Ability to optimise trailer space
- Ability to operate PPT / FLT safely
- Ability to clear waste and maintain a clean work area
- Ability to identify waste and inefficient processes
