About The Role
DClinPGR Project Coordinator
This full-time post is available from 12 October 2026 on a fixed term basis to cover a secondment until 31 July 2027. Applications for secondments will be considered subject to agreement from your current line manager.
The starting salary will be from £33,951 on Grade E, depending on knowledge, skills, and experience.
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working - some time on campus and some from home.
The DClinPGR Project Coordinator will work closely with the Director of CEDAR and of Clinical Training to coordinate project support across the DClinPGR Programmes: planning and tracking progress; communicating with team members, third parties, and stakeholders; facilitating and managing changes and integration of programme processes. They will be responsible for coordinating key meetings, events, and deliverables and for building and maintaining good relationships with external partner organisations. The role will be a focal point for information and communication about the DClinPGR portfolio's programme activity, and will develop and deliver communications for the portfolio. The role will provide effective and timely administrative support to the Director and senior academic team, including preparation for meetings, agendas, and minuting.

About You
You will have excellent organization skills and the ability to pay good attention to detail. You will be a strong written and verbal communicator who is able to build effective relationships with a broad range of stakeholders. Strong IT skills are important and you should be a confident user of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as having an understanding of social media communications and marketing tools. You will have administrative experience and experience of managing projects and networks. With a proactive approach to problem solving, you will be able to work effectively under pressure.
