DIGITAL MARKETING & MARTECH LEAD

Department: Brand & Marketing // Reports to: Head of Brand & Marketing & Key Partnership: Technology / Product
Location: UK / Hybrid, with regular London presence // Employment: Full-time, Permanent

THE ROLE

We are looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing & MarTech Lead to build and progressively take ownership of DDRE Global’s digital marketing ecosystem.

This role addresses a critical capability currently sitting between Marketing, external partners and Technology. Initially, the focus will be heavily Marketing-led, transforming our website, SEO/GEO and CRM/marketing automation capability before progressively becoming a critical bridge between Marketing and Technology as our systems, automation and product ecosystem mature.

This is a hands-on role. We need someone who can do, diagnose and direct, technically capable enough to solve problems and challenge specialists, while commercially minded enough to understand why the technology exists in the first place.

The immediate priorities are Website, SEO/GEO and Marketing CRM/Campaign Monitor. The remit will then expand across paid media, data and analytics, dashboards, integrations, automation and wider MarTech.

DDRE Global is a disruptor brand. We want someone who combines technical depth with creativity and experimentation and actively explores how AI, LLMs, automation and emerging technology can create competitive advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Website & Digital Experience

  • Take ownership of DDRE Global’s website ecosystem and ongoing optimisation.
  • Manage CMS requirements, landing pages, UX and conversion journeys.
  • Work with DDRE’s tech team on more complex technical requirements.
  • Understand CMS architecture and website integrations.
  • Diagnose issues and drive resolution.
  • Progressively reduce unnecessary reliance on external website support.

SEO, GEO & Organic Discovery

  • Own SEO strategy and implementation.
  • Manage technical, on-page and content optimisation.
  • Develop DDRE Global’s approach to GEO and AI-led search discovery.
  • Work with Brand & Content to translate search insight into content opportunities.
  • Establish clear organic visibility and performance reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
