MARKETING MANAGER
Department: Brand & Marketing
Reports to: Head of Brand & Marketing
Location: London central
Employment: Full-time, Permanent
ABOUT DDRE GLOBAL
DDRE Global is a next-generation luxury real estate business built around exceptional advisors, world-class marketing, technology and an uncompromising approach to client service. We operate differently from a traditional estate agency. Our model combines personal brand, content, data, technology and market expertise to create a modern platform for advisors and their clients. As DDRE Global continues to grow across the UK and internationally, our Marketing team is evolving to support an increasingly ambitious, integrated and scalable business.
THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded Marketing Manager to take ownership of executing DDRE Global’s core strategic marketing initiatives.
With specialist Digital and operational capability now sitting within dedicated roles, this position is deliberately focused on high-value marketing execution, translating the strategic direction set by the Head of Brand & Marketing into exceptional campaigns, property and agency marketing, PR and communications, market expansion and major business initiatives.
This is not an administrative Marketing role, nor is it a clear second in command for Marketing. We are looking for an experienced creative real estate marketer who can take direction, apply strong judgement and independently drive initiatives from brief through to delivery.
Significant residential real estate experience is essential. The successful candidate must understand the realities of property marketing, agency priorities and the relationship between advisors, vendors, listings and Marketing from day one.
DDRE Global is a disruptor brand. We want someone who understands the traditional real estate playbook well enough to know when and how to challenge it.

- Coordinate Brand, Content, Creative, Digital, PR and external partners around clear deliverables.
- Manage multiple workstreams while maintaining pace, quality and commercial focus.
- Establish objectives and KPIs and use performance insight to improve future activity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

THE PROFILE
We are looking for a real estate marketer, not simply a marketer who happens to work in real estate.
Someone experienced enough to own rather than assist, who understands the pace, personalities and commercial realities of a brokerage but loves the energy and execution of Marketing.
You understand how real estate has traditionally been marketed, and know the category well enough to recognise when and how to break the rules.
