Join Aptia's growing Pension Projects team as a De-Risking Analyst and help deliver complex pension de-risking projects for some of the UK's leading pension schemes.

In this role, you'll support the delivery of de-risking projects through effective project execution, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance. Working closely with project teams and clients, you'll help deliver accurate, efficient solutions while meeting project timelines, quality standards, and budgets.

This role works on a hybrid basis and can be aligned to any Aptia office in the UK.

What you'll be doing

  • Support the delivery of pension de-risking projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Perform and review DB pension calculations, member data analysis, and data audits.
  • Execute and peer review project work, identifying risks and maintaining data quality.
  • Help prepare project documentation, including engagement and non-reliance letters.
  • Monitor project progress and escalate any delivery or budget risks where required.
  • Support project billing and budget tracking activities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and resolving queries.
  • Collaborate with offshore teams to coordinate project activity and ensure successful delivery.
  • Assist in resolving data issues, errors, omissions, and client complaints.

What you'll bring

  • At least 1-3 years' experience in UK Pension Administration.
  • Experience working with DB pension calculations and member data.
  • Previous pensions project experience would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
