Job Opportunity: Corporate Finance and Private Markets

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic business brokerage and advisory firm based in London's west-end. Working directly with the Managing Director and senior team, you will gain experience in corporate finance and private markets, with direct exposure to deals from origination to completion. This is a permanent in-office position which supports the M&A teams and offers an excellent opportunity for professional development and growth.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the deal packaging up process
  • Support with financial and commercial analysis where required
  • VDR management for all transactions
  • Deal execution and due diligence support
  • Work directly with the MD and the senior team on their specific transactions
  • Process optimisation and documentation

What You Will Have/ Be:

  • Proven academic track record to degree level or equivalent
  • Newly or recently qualified Accountant -ACA /ACCA/CIMA -ideally with a leading professional accounting/advisory firm
  • Experience producing financial/commercial analysis
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Practical knowledge of business and how businesses run
