Job Description

HiBob helps modern, mid-sized businesses transform the way they manage people, giving HR and managers everything they need to connect, engage, develop and retain their people.

Since launching in 2015, we've grown into one of the world's leading HR platforms, supporting thousands of businesses globally. As we continue to scale, our Deal Desk team plays a critical role in helping the business grow responsibly by ensuring every commercial decision supports our customers, our teams, and our long-term goals.

Being a Bobber is about bringing your whole self to work. We value curiosity, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. If you enjoy solving complex commercial problems, partnering with a wide range of stakeholders, and making a genuine impact on how a business operates, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role

We're looking for a Deal Desk Specialist to join our growing Deal Desk team in London.

Our Deal Desk team sits at the heart of the business, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Billing to help structure commercially sound deals throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

This isn't simply a quoting or approvals role. You'll act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, helping teams navigate pricing, commercial terms, contract amendments, and policy questions while balancing customer outcomes with HiBob's commercial objectives.

You'll manage a varied portfolio of work; from supporting new business opportunities to resolving complex commercial scenarios for existing customers; requiring strong judgement, clear communication, and the confidence to challenge when something doesn't look right.

As HiBob continues its journey towards profitability and future IPO readiness, Deal Desk has become an increasingly important function, ensuring commercial governance while continually improving how we work.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced SaaS environment, takes ownership, communicates openly, and is always looking for better ways of doing things.

If you don't meet every requirement but feel excited about the opportunity, we'd still love to hear from you.

What you will bring:

Essential requirements:

  • Experience working within Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or Order Management in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience supporting subscription-based commercial models and working with pricing, quoting, or commercial contracts.
  • Strong Salesforce experience (essential).
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to advise and influence internal stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial judgement and the ability to balance customer needs with business policies.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to spot commercial risk.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership rather than waiting for direction.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems that don't always have a clear answer.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple departments including Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
