We’re searching for a London-based Deal Desk Specialist to join our Finance Business Support team, so that we can streamline sales operations, strengthen data accuracy, and support evidence-based financial planning across the organization. The Deal Desk Specialist will apply foundational financial concepts, maintain CRM data integrity, build dashboards, and support routine planning cycles to enhance operational efficiency and inform strategic decisions.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Establishing Deal Desk operations within the UK to enable consistent commercial execution
  • Setting standard Deal Desk procedures in partnership with the UK-based Sales team to ensure clarity and operational efficiency
  • Ensuring adherence to RLDatix’s global commercial standards while identifying regional nuances and defining appropriate business exceptions
  • Acting as the Deal Desk representative for Europe, with particular emphasis on the UK market
  • Assisting with Deal Desk inquiries by triaging requests and responding to basic commercial questions
  • Providing timely, accurate responses to support efficient sales cycles
  • Partnering with Legal and cross-functional stakeholders to drive forward contract negotiations
  • Managing commercial processes across > Quote-to-Cash lifecycle > Renewals > Compliance with commercial policies > Drafting contract amendments and commercial terms
  • Supporting deal processing in RLDatix’s CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Reviewing legally binding documents, including Master Services Agreements
  • Completing additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Director, Global Deal Desk

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Experience supporting commercial operations, Deal Desk, Sales Ops, or contract processes
  • Strong understanding of the quote-to-cash lifecycle
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to interpret commercial policies and apply them consistently
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally
  • Ability to commute to our London office 2–3 days a week
  • Working collaboratively within a fast-paced, global environment
