About Cazenove Capital

At Cazenove Capital we look after private individuals, families, and charities. We are the wealth management business of the FTSE-listed global investment manager Schroders. We help our clients around the world invest money to meet their goals, fulfil their ambitions, and prepare for the future.

About Schroders, our parent company

Schroders is a global investment manager which provides active asset management, wealth management, and investment solutions. We aim to provide excellent investment performance to clients through active management. We serve a diverse client base that includes pension schemes, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, foundations, high net worth individuals, family offices, as well as end clients through partnerships with distributors, financial advisers, and online platforms.

Established in 1804, we have around 5,500 people across 36 global locations. Schroders' success can be attributed to its diversified business model, spanning different asset classes, client types, and geographies.

The base

We have been in 1 LWP since 2018. We’re close to our clients, in the heart of the UK’s financial centre, and we have everything we need to work flexibly.

The team

The Deal Implementation Team (DIT) is a centralised dealing function for the Wealth Management business providing a variety of support functions to Portfolio Managers and the Investment Team, liaising with multiple stakeholders across the rest of the business. The team provides the deal implementation function for the Front Office and the transmission mechanism for the Investment Team output into client portfolios. The team is embedded within the Banking, Lending, and Trading team and reports into the Global Head of Trading.

Who we’re looking for

The successful candidate will be a dynamic, confident self-starter joining the Cazenove Deal Implementation Team.

The role is based in London. The role may be performed remotely in line with Schroders’ guidance from time to time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
