Commission-Only Deal Origination Consultants
Acqius Ltd – Global M&A Advisory
Acqius is expanding its global sell-side deal origination network.
We advise founders and shareholders worldwide on the sale of their businesses. Our transactions span the UK, Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, Australasia and the Middle East. We are now building a structured, performance-based referral network for commercially astute professionals who can introduce quality sell-side opportunities — anywhere in the world.
This is not employment. This is not a cold-calling role. This is not full-time.
It is a commission-only consultancy opportunity for well-connected individuals who can identify business owners considering a sale and introduce them to Acqius.
The Role
As an Acqius Deal Origination Consultant, you will:
- Introduce business owners who may be exploring a sale or exit.
- Facilitate an initial introduction to our advisory team.
- Maintain involvement where appropriate, depending on your relationship.
- Earn a percentage of Acqius’ success fee when a transaction completes.
- You do not need to leave your current role.
- You do not execute the transaction.
- You do not require formal M&A experience (although commercial awareness is important).
- You simply need strong relationships, credibility and access to decision-makers.

Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
