About the Role
We are expanding a curated network of introductory partners supporting client acquisition and transaction origination for businesses across growth, capital, and advisory services.
Wright & Vane operates at the intersection of companies seeking strategic, financial, and operational support and the execution capabilities required to deliver it. We engage once a qualified business introduction is made and take full responsibility for evaluation, structuring, contracting, and execution directly with the client.
We are working with individuals and firms who sit close to founders, CEOs, operators, and decision-makers across startups and established companies, and who can consistently introduce businesses with clear needs for financing, advisory, structuring, or growth-related execution.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
We work with businesses at critical stages of development when they require more than introductions or high-level advice. Our role is to assess each opportunity, define the appropriate strategy and structure, coordinate the relevant parties, and manage execution through to completion.
Why Work With Us
We combine execution capability with international reach, allowing introduced clients to move from initial contact to structured engagement without fragmentation across multiple intermediaries. For partners, this means introductions convert into executed transactions rather than becoming lost in advisory pipelines.
