About Wild Capital
Wild Capital is one of the UK’s leading providers of off-site Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) credits, helping developers, architects, planning consultants and ecology firms meet their statutory BNG obligations under the Environment Act 2021.
We work with clients across England, supplying verified habitat units from our managed land portfolio to satisfy planning conditions quickly and compliantly.
As the BNG market matures and demand accelerates, we are strengthening our commercial operations to ensure every deal moves through to completion efficiently and reliably.
The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Deal Progressor to take ownership of every in-flight deal and drive it through to completion. You will be the engine room of our commercial operation, ensuring that once a deal enters the pipeline it keeps moving: chasing outstanding information, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and removing blockers so that transactions close on time.
This is a high-volume, process-driven role that demands persistence, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deals at different stages simultaneously. You will work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients from quote acceptance through to unit delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
