Deal Roadshow Coordinator
Location: London
Contract: 6 months
Work Setup: Onsite - 5 days in the office

What You'll Do
- Coordinate and manage equity and debt capital markets roadshows end to end, including IPOs, rights issues, high-yield bonds, pilot fishing, PDIE, and M&A roadshows across the EMEA and CEEMEA regions.
- Partner with Equity and Debt Capital Markets, Syndicate, and Banking teams to support the launch and execution of transactions.
- Liaise with sales teams to confirm client meetings and ensure accurate scheduling.
- Coordinate with joint bookrunners, CEO/CFO assistants, and Investor Relations teams on meeting slots, client logistics, and overall roadshow planning.
- Arrange all physical and virtual roadshow logistics, including transport, accommodation, flights, trains, Zooms, and webinars.
- Organise internal and external group functions, staff registration, and related event requirements, while managing liaison with external vendors and suppliers.
- Provide daily schedule updates to clients and internal stakeholders and support budget tracking and expense reconciliation.

What You Bring
- 3 to 5 years' experience in project coordination, events, or roadshow management, ideally within banking/financial services.
- Experience managing financial roadshows, with debt and/or equity knowledge is desirable.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively, multi-task, and work to strict deadlines.
- Excellent organisational skills and close attention to detail, with a thorough and accurate approach.
- Confident communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience coordinating logistics, scheduling meetings, and using web-based event management tools; Zoom setup for virtual meetings preferred.
- Flexible, collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to adapt working hours when required.
