About the role

Reporting to the Head of Dealing, this role is responsible for overseeing daily dealing activities and ensuring accurate trade execution in line with company policies and risk parameters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute client trades and fulfil client trade requests in accordance with best execution standards.
  • Monitor and manage trading positions while maintaining market exposure within Finalto's approved risk mandates.
  • Monitor client trade flow, client risk exposure, and market movements to support effective risk management.
  • Monitor and maintain pricing, spreads, and market-making activities across supported products.
  • Make appropriate hedging and market-making decisions during trade execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external brokers.
  • Ensure compliance with internal dealing policies, regulatory requirements, and best execution obligations.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to support efficient trade execution and day-to-day dealing operations.
  • Support continuous improvements to dealing processes, controls, and trading efficiency.

  • Approximately 5 years' experience within a CFD and/or FX Dealing team.
  • Strong trade execution skills with a solid understanding of market risk and risk management.
  • Experience managing client risk, monitoring market exposure, and making hedging and market-making decisions during trade execution.
  • Hands-on experience performing manual hedging, managing client order flow, and understanding client risk appetite.
  • Practical experience across CFDs, particularly FX products; exposure to Equities is advantageous.
  • Experience with Equities and Options products would be an advantage but is not essential.
  • Ability to balance efficient trade execution with effective risk management in a fast-paced trading environment.
  • Able to commence the shift from 14:00 to 22:00 UK time.
