Description

Job Title: Dealer Activation Manager

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Pod Incentive + Company EV

Location: Field-Based

This is an opportunity to build a function, not simply fill a role. You'll become the person responsible for unlocking the full value of our automotive partnerships, creating a scalable activation model that drives meaningful commercial growth. You'll have the autonomy to shape how we engage our dealer network, work alongside experienced automotive specialists, and make a visible impact on one of the company's most important growth channels. As our automotive footprint continues to expand, you'll be at the centre of ensuring every partnership reaches its full potential.

Here's what the Sales Manager had to say:

"We've proven we can win dealers. Now we need someone who can make every dealer successful. This role is about ownership, helping underperforming sites become high performing ones through regular engagement, coaching, process adherence and operational excellence. You'll work with some of the UK's leading dealer groups and OEM partners, identifying opportunities, driving standards and creating measurable growth. If you're the sort of person who gets satisfaction from seeing a site's performance transform because of the work you've done, you'll love this role".

What You'll Do

  • Own Dealer Performance Across Our Existing Network

Take responsibility for the ongoing health and performance of Pod's automotive referral channels, building strong relationships with dealer groups, OEM partners and individual retailer sites nationwide.

  • Drive Activation and Reactivation Programmes

Support the rollout of new dealer activations before taking ownership of ongoing engagement, ensuring sites remain active, motivated and consistently generating referrals.

  • Coach and Train Dealer Sales Teams

Deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual training sessions that help sales executives understand our proposition, confidently discuss EV charging with customers and follow referral processes consistently.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
