Dealer Channel Commercial Manager T&O EMEA ANZ

Location: Maidenhead, Berkshire, England (Hybrid)

The Job:

Developing Dealer Channel Customers through a variety of initiatives including:

  • SBD Dealer Growth Plan management for DEWALT + Cub Cadet
  • Ownership of full range pricing and annual go-to-market dealer playbook
  • Lead and share market and Dealer data/insights, drive actionable insights
  • Assist in coordinating centrally led Dealer events (training, conventions, etc)
  • Dealer experience continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement 3 Year strategic plan for Dealer Growth, owning P&L and driving strategy across Outdoor
  • Lead the roll out of the Dealer Growth programme to all EMEA regions

You’ll get to:

  • Develop pre-season promotional plan
  • Co-ordinate with local teams on dealer development initiatives (e.g. POAP, Salesforce usage, geo-targeting new customers)
  • Liaise with brand team to ensure best in class in store execution
  • Other focus areas include Robotics development and Service integration
  • Develop and own the master price file for all Outdoor brands
  • Work with product team to optimise the range selection and ensure competitive market pricing
  • Be the co-owner of L3/Floor pricing with EPM, PCM & Finance team
  • Communicate pricing thresholds to all regions, managing back-and-forth discussions to optimise pricing
  • Focus on improving profitability through pricing and volume mix
  • Working with Customer Service, PCM and Finance to analyse Dealer trends & performance with the aim of assisting local commercial teams to develop Dealer Channel strategies. Examples such as top opportunity customers, customers of concern or areas to consider wholesale opportunities.

The Person:

You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You’re not intimidated by innovation. In fact, you embrace it. Wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good?

You also have:

  • Minimum 5-10 years' experience as a marketing professional, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility
  • University degree, preferably with a Business or Marketing background
  • Experience with campaign & promotion development & execution
  • Experience working with European dealer channels best-in-class in-store is an asset
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

  • Strong product knowledge
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation skills in multiple formats
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Creative thinker with the ability to provide solutions that meet the customer needs
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to travel + driver’s license
