The Role

This varied role will support the development and delivery of Kia UK’s dealer marketing activity, helping to improve dealer engagement and ensure our digital content, tools and communications remain consistent, relevant and effective. The successful candidate will take ownership of several important dealer-facing channels, including Digital Showroom POS, Showcase, the Kia Marketing Portal, dealer communications and dealer social media content.

Working collaboratively with colleagues across Brand, Product Marketing and PR, as well as external agency partners and Kia’s field teams, you will help develop marketing materials and digital assets from initial brief through to approval and delivery. You will also support national, regional and dealer events, dealer lead generation activity and the continued development of Kia’s dealer communications strategy.

The role provides an excellent opportunity to broaden your marketing experience, strengthen your project management and stakeholder engagement skills, and play an important part in improving how our dealer network uses Kia’s digital marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Working in conjunction with the relevant stakeholders and supporting the team to ensure that the marketing programmes and strategies are developed to the business objectives.
  • Supporting the creation of bespoke marketing materials, within agreed strategic requirements for usage.
  • Involved in the creative process – from brief to approval and undertake the development of materials.
  • Advertising – Supporting the development of Key Visuals for both National and Dealer templates.
  • Events & Roadshows – Support a range of events including national, regional and dealer events.
  • PR – work with the PR team to identify and implement opportunities and events.
  • Working with various stakeholders and Field Teams to support dealer communications about national and local level activity.
  • Manage & Support the Dealer Leads Programme including Pay Per Click Search Marketing.
  • Support with the overall dealer communications strategy with a focus on increasing engagement with our network tools and communications.
  • Manage the Showcase & Digital POS content, ensuring it remains always up to date and relevant.
  • Creation and maintenance of 360 digital assets & ensuring earliest available reference photos for new vehicles/derivatives.
  • Ownership of Dealer Digital Solutions content and reporting including Digital POS.
  • Enhancing Dealer & Customer usage of these digital tools.
  • Reporting and analysis of usage, downtime, troubleshooting, etc.
  • Supporting the development of Creative assets for both National and Dealer templates.
  • Ownership of Dealer Communications including newsletters, notifications, presentations, monthly webinars and workshops.
  • Ownership of the Dealer Social Media Calendar, including creative and post copy recommendations.
  • Ownership of Dealer Marketing Portal content, tools (e.g., asset builder) and reporting.
  • Provide regular reporting to stakeholders on the success of actions by channel.

About You

  • A proactive, energetic and self-motivated approach
  • Strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple projects, schedules and competing priorities
  • Confidence working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders across different functions
  • The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively through ambiguity
  • Experience of managing budgets, schedules or preparing estimates
  • Strong MS Office skills, with an awareness of AI tools and a willingness to embrace and explore their use to drive efficiency and innovation.

Location/Travel

The Kia UK Head Office is based in Walton-on-Thames, just a 5-minute walk from the station. We also have plenty of on-site parking for drivers, including EV charging ports.
