Job Purpose
The Dealer Marketing Executive supports the dealer network across the North and South regions, ensuring consistent, effective, and brand-aligned marketing execution. Working closely with Zone Managers, this role is focused on improving local marketing performance, optimising spend, and delivering high-quality support to dealers to drive enquiries, footfall, and overall commercial performance.

- Improves dealer marketing performance and consistency across regions
- Ensures local marketing spend is used effectively and aligned to commercial goals
- Strengthens collaboration between HQ, agencies, and the dealer network
- Enhances customer engagement, enquiries, and retail performance at the dealer level
Dealer Support & Relationship Management
- Act as a primary marketing contact for dealers, providing guidance, best practice support, and day-to-day assistance.
- Manage dealer calls, requests, and enquiries in a timely, professional, and solutions-focused manner.
- Build strong relationships with Zone Managers to understand dealer needs, challenges, and performance priorities.
Marketing Execution & Campaign Support
- Work alongside the dealer marketing agency to plan, deliver, and optimise local marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Support dealers with campaign planning, co-funding requests, asset usage, and local adaptations of national activity.
- Ensure all dealer marketing aligns with brand standards, national campaigns, and compliance requirements.

Performance Monitoring & Optimisation
- Track and review dealer marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending optimisations.
- Provide regular reporting, insights, and guidance to help dealers maximise ROI and improve local market impact.
- Monitor marketing spends across regions to ensure effective budget utilisation and value for money.
Process Management & Coordination
- Coordinate marketing activity between HQ teams, the dealer marketing agency, and dealer partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain marketing documentation, calendars, and activity trackers to support organised, transparent operations.
- Support the rollout of new marketing initiatives, tools, and training for the dealer network.
