Within our Consumer White Label function, we offer outsourced leasing and fleet management services, leveraging our expertise to support automotive manufacturer/distributors and consumer finance partners. Our Dealer Service Administrators are the first point of contact for these customers when they need an update on our service – Whilst we enter our busy period we currently have an opportunity to join this team!
If you're a customer-focused individual, that is comfortable speaking with stakeholders over the phone, and would enjoy working in a supportive & collaborative team – we would love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Client Account Administration: Open client accounts, manage customer and dealer document packs, ensuring legal requirements are met.
- Document Management: Complete and maintain customer contract files and folders, ensuring all required documents are correct and present.
- Liaise with Dealers and Brokers: Communicate via phone and email about missing or incorrect documents to prevent delays in deal pay-out.
- System Updates: Update computer systems with necessary data upon receipt of paperwork.
- Payment Schedule Creation: Build payment schedules for customer agreements.
- Invoice Management: Review and process dealer invoices for payment.
- Query Management: Regularly review and chase up queried deals.
- Compliance & Legislation: Comply with Data Protection Act, Consumer Credit Act, FCA Regulations, and the Money Laundering Act.

What you'll bring
Essential Skills & Experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Competent with MS Office systems.
- Experience in working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.

- Clear, persuasive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
You will be the first point of contact for many of our White Label customers (Dealers/Brokers) when they find themselves needing an update on our service. You will make sure we are easy to do business with and the stakeholder is satisfied, enabling positive feedback with our customers.
You will support customers with their queries throughout the quote to activation process. Ensuring a ‘Right First Time' approach by providing clear and accurate information.
90% of your day will be phone-based answering up to 40 calls a day, ensuring calls are answered within the agreed SLA's.
You will be responsible for working through a customer queue that is cleared upon car delivery to our drivers. You will be responsible for taking ownership of your queue, you will proactively work to keep your queue up to date.

You will investigate quote queries/matches and ensure quotes given to drivers by our customers are accurate, this will require a high level of attention to detail, diligence, and absolute accuracy when submitting final quotes.
