Job Description
Construction Equipment Australia (CEA) brings SANY machines to Australian customers and has 30 years of experience developing dealer networks nationwide.
As our footprint continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Dealer Territory Manager to strengthen dealer performance, expand market share and drive sales growth across an established territory.

About The Role
Reporting to the National Dealer Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a network of SANY dealers within your territory. Acting as the link between CEA, our dealers and the factory, you'll work closely with dealer principals and sales teams to improve performance, support customer opportunities and identify growth potential.
This role offers a mix of relationship management, strategic planning and hands-on sales support, with regular travel throughout your territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong and productive relationships with dealer partners across your region.
- Support dealers with product training, customer demonstrations, pricing, promotions and major sales opportunities.
- Develop territory plans and work with dealers to set and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular business reviews covering sales performance, pipeline activity, inventory management and marketing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve dealer coverage and assist with dealer recruitment and onboarding.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback.
- Provide market intelligence and dealer feedback to CEA and the SANY factory to support product development and business growth.
- Promote the SANY brand and ensure a consistent customer experience across the dealer network.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Experience in dealer network management, territory sales or business development.
- Exposure to the construction equipment, agricultural machinery, transport, industrial or related industries is highly regarded.
- A proven ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders who do not report directly to you.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing sales targets, margins, forecasting and business planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
- A current Australian driver's licence.
- A willingness to travel regularly throughout your territory.
