Pay & Benefits
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (DOE) + uncapped monthly productivity scheme
Hours: Monday to Friday schedule + Saturdays operated on a fair rotating rota basis

Training & Development: Fully funded official manufacturer academy pathways, including EV/Hybrid accreditation and clear progression to Master Tech status
Workload: Routine manufacturer servicing, preventative maintenance, vehicle health checks (VHC), official warranty repairs, recall updates, and brand diagnostic troubleshooting

Role Overview
Seeking a dedicated Vehicle Technician / Dealership Mechanic to join our growing aftersales division. You will be responsible for executing manufacturer-scheduled servicing, recall updates, official warranty repairs, and diagnostic fault finding across a modern vehicle lineup to high brand standards.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served credential).
- Proven background in a dealership or fast-paced garage setting focused on quality and repair efficiency.
- Active DVSA MOT Tester accreditation is a strong asset (offering higher starting pay potential), but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.

Base: Kettering Area (Free secure on-site parking)
Road Links: Strategic position with rapid access via the A14, A43, and A509, offering smooth daily commutes across Northamptonshire.

Commutable From: Corby, Burton Latimer, Market Harborough, Wellingborough, Desborough, and Rushden.
