Location: This role could be based out of any of our PwC offices in Australia

What you’ll do:
- Understand and address clients’ unique needs as a trusted advisor, providing insightful commercial and technical analysis.
- Support clients through the entire deal lifecycle, from mergers and acquisitions to restructuring and strategic alliances.
- Leverage emerging technologies and innovative tools to enhance client experiences and deliver smart solutions.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, coordinate stakeholders, and contribute to thought leadership and team development.

What we’re looking for:
- Professional qualifications in business, finance, technology, law, or related fields, with postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in due diligence, IT strategy, M&A strategy, or management consulting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and business writing skills, with a solid understanding of the Australian market and deal environment.

The minimum salary for a Senior Associate in this role is AUD 89,000 including superannuation. Higher grades will receive a salary range above this in line with the salary bands for these positions.
