With a degree in Psychology, Deborah brings a depth of understanding of human behaviour, complemented by expertise in relationship management, operational excellence, and the execution of leadership development programs and coaching within international organizations.
Deborah has over 15 years’ experience in the corporate world. She spent half of that time in the wellbeing sector, working for an American company delivering counselling services worldwide. During this time, she honed her ability to successfully manage projects in high-pressure and sensitive environments.

She also served as the relationship and project manager for the company’s largest international client, partnering with them on their strategic ambition for continued success in the future.

Deborah joined Turningpoint in 2025, taking the lead on the project and operational management for the UK entity. She is at the heart of the project success, partnering with clients from the inception of projects through to completion, developing generative leaders for the future.
