Analyst | Debt Advisory | London

We are working with a leading specialist Debt Advisory firm looking to hire an Analyst into its London team. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing platform with a strong reputation, excellent exposure, and market-leading compensation.

The firm advises leading private equity sponsors, founders, and management teams across Europe and the US on a range of financing situations, including acquisition finance, refinancings, recapitalisations, growth financing, and broader capital solutions.

  • Debt advisory mandates including acquisition finance, refinancing, and growth financings
  • Financial modelling, credit analysis, and transaction structuring

  • Sponsor, management team, and lender interactions

Ideal background:

  • 1–4 years’ experience in Leveraged Finance, Debt Advisory, Private Credit, Investment Banking, or another credit-focused role
  • Strong modelling and analytical skills
  • Genuine interest in credit markets and capital structures
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
