Debt Advisory Manager | London

We are working with a leading advisory firm looking to hire a Debt Advisory Manager into its London team.

The role will involve advising corporates, investors, and shareholders across a range of debt raising, refinancing, and capital structure situations, with exposure to complex and high-profile transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution across debt raising, refinancing, and restructuring mandates
  • Build and review financial models, debt capacity analysis, and financing scenarios
  • Prepare lender presentations, information memoranda, and transaction materials
  • Manage lender processes and support negotiations with banks and alternative credit providers
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout transactions
  • Support senior team members with origination and business development
  • Manage and develop junior team members

Experience Required:

  • Relevant experience within Debt Advisory, Leveraged Finance, Restructuring, Corporate Finance, or Transaction Services
  • Chartered Accountant (ACA / ACCA / equivalent)
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
  • Good understanding of debt structures, credit analysis, and financing processes
  • Experience managing workstreams and junior team members
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
