Debt Advisory Manager | London
We are working with a leading advisory firm looking to hire a Debt Advisory Manager into its London team.
The role will involve advising corporates, investors, and shareholders across a range of debt raising, refinancing, and capital structure situations, with exposure to complex and high-profile transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution across debt raising, refinancing, and restructuring mandates
- Build and review financial models, debt capacity analysis, and financing scenarios
- Prepare lender presentations, information memoranda, and transaction materials
- Manage lender processes and support negotiations with banks and alternative credit providers
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout transactions
- Support senior team members with origination and business development
- Manage and develop junior team members

Experience Required:
- Relevant experience within Debt Advisory, Leveraged Finance, Restructuring, Corporate Finance, or Transaction Services
- Chartered Accountant (ACA / ACCA / equivalent)
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- Good understanding of debt structures, credit analysis, and financing processes
- Experience managing workstreams and junior team members
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
