🏢 Flexible working
An award-winning independent corporate finance advisory firm is looking for an entrepreneurial Debt Advisory Partner to create and lead its Debt Advisory practice.
You'll join an ambitious, high-performing partnership with an outstanding reputation in the UK mid-market, where debt advisory is already in demand and opportunities are regularly referred externally. Now, the firm is investing in a specialist who can transform that pipeline into a market-leading service line.
This is a rare opportunity to put your own stamp on a business, shape its future and be rewarded for the value you create.
Why This Opportunity?
If you've built a reputation for winning work, advising clients on complex funding solutions and developing long-term relationships with lenders and investors, this role offers something many larger firms simply can't...
- Freedom to build.
- Freedom to influence.
- Freedom to make decisions.
- Freedom to create your own legacy.
You'll have the backing of a highly respected Corporate Finance team, a strong referral network and genuine partner level autonomy, without the bureaucracy that often comes with larger organisations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
